Dr. Carmen Castro is the Founder & CEO of Aurora International Companies, LLC. Dr. Castro is a Distinguished Professor of International Business and International Entrepreneurial Business Development with over 20 years of Higher Education expertise and Dr. Castro has worked in over 50 International Countries around the world. Her niche markets include the Middle East, Europe, China and the Americas. Dr. Castro has been an Academic Dean for Universities in Rome Italy, London, Spain and New York City. Dr. Castro has also held the academic position of Department Chairperson for Kaplan University´s Finance and Economics MBA Programs. Dr. Castro has also been a Doctoral Dissertation Chairperson for the University of Wales in the United Kingdom and Dr. Castro has helped to create 55 new Academic Doctoral Scholars around the world.

Dr. Castro is a World-Renowned Motivational Speaker of International Business and Comparative Economics Systems, International Economist, International Published Author in International Business Research Journals of Academic Textbooks on Hispanic Women in International Business Consulting, Venture Capital Funding and International Crowdfunding. Dr. Castro was a Guest Speaker at the 12th WOIBEX, as well as a Guest Speaker and Panelist at the 7th Leading CEO Summit and the 7th Middle East CEO Awards at the Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai which were organized by Mr. Ali Al Kamali who is the Managing Director of Datamatix. The Summit witnessed the presence of H.H. Sheikh Khaild Bin Zayed Sagar Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Bin Zayed Group UAE.

Dr. Carmen Castro earned a Doctor of Business Administration in International Business and Comparative Economics from the University of Sarasota, a Master´s Degree in International Business from the University of Sarasota, and a Bachelor´s Degree in Economics and Management from Empire State College (SUNY).

Nelson Caraballo is a Ph.D. in neuropharmacology from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain. Dr. Caraballo specializes in Alzheimer´s Disease and has participated in numerous international science congresses. Dr. Caraballo obtained his Bachelor´s Degree in Biology from The University of Puerto Rico Rio Piedras Campus in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Later, he moved to Spain for his Master´s degree in Biomedical Research at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain. Dr. Caraballo has served in the Alzheimer´s Disease Advisory Committee of the Department of Health from the Government of Puerto Rico. Dr. Caraballo is also fluent in three languages, Spanish, English and Catalan.

Francisco Guzman is the Founder, and CEO of TechWorld, LLC. He has worked, and has been a part of different management teams that provide industries leading IT Operation Support for 20 plus years in many different industries such as Financial, Medical, Telecommunications, Entertainment, Music, Law-firms as well. He has a Bachelors in Science from Boricua College. He continued to educate himself throughout the years by attending different Technology management schools that provide advanced management tools to further his career, and attains various different certifications to name a few; HP, Dell, CompTia, IBM, Microsoft and etc. He has received various awards such as; National Deans list, Who’s Who Professional, and many more.

Anamarija Mirascic, B.S.

Anamarija Mirascic was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina. During the war in Balkans, she finished high school in Croatia. Combining work and education, Anamarija finished Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the California Coast University, USA. She has over 24 years of work experience in administrative and financial sectors, including over 10 years of experience in NGO sector and almost 5 years in banking. For a short period of time, Anamarija worked at American University in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Currently, she works as the Program Manager for African Program at "Human Study e.V." (German NGO for P&O Education). Also she is President of the Board of directors at "BOSPO" non-government organization and a member of the School Board in primary school of Tuzla Canton.
